Operations Manager for Managed Print Services
Wes oversees many aspects of the Managed Print Services of UniPrint. Wes is responsible for the 292-2000 customer service line, including service and supplies for the copiers and printers managed through UniPrint. He is the database administrator for the copier and printer management software that UniPrint uses, e-automate. He makes sure equipment and contracts are entered correctly into the system and can assist customers concerning monthly invoices, meter histories, and any other report a customer may ask need. Wes is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has been with UniPrint for 18 years.
