UniPrint is a full-service printer owned and operated by The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. We offer traditional and specialty printing, high-speed copying, and equipment management and service.

How to Get Pricing and Place an Order
I need to get pricing a project. Where do I start?
Common Items — If you’re looking for common items (business cards, notecards, envelopes, letterhead, pocket folders, mailing labels, etc.), start by visiting our Online Store.
Request an Estimate — If you’re looking for something that’s not available in our online store, start by filling out the Request an Estimate form or by Contacting Us.

How should I use Workday to order?
Please review instructions online.
What items can I order through the online store?
More common items can be purchased through our online store, including business cards, notecards, envelopes, letterhead, pocket folders, mailing labels and more. These items are easy to customize and order on your own.
When should I contact customer service to place an order?
More complex jobs need to be handled and priced by our customer service team. These jobs require more information from the customer, including dimensions, quantity, paper type, folding/binding details, type of printing, extra finishing processes, etc. To get started on a project, complete and submit the Request an Estimate form.
Are UniPrint’s prices competitive?
Yes, our prices are very competitive and often lower than other major printers.

How long are the leases?
Leases are 60 months. UniPrint guarantees the equipment will perform up to customer expectations for 60 months.
Are supplies included in the monthly lease, or do I need to submit a separate Workday PO for supplies?
Yes, supplies and maintenance are included in the low monthly lease.
How do I order supplies and call for service?
The equipment has an ID label with the customer service number to call for both supplies and service.
How often am I billed?
Meters are read and billed quarterly.
Printing Large Posters at Thompson Library Plotter
If you are using the plotter at Thompson Library to print a large poster, be sure to follow the poster printing instructions to avoid jamming the equipment.
