How to Prepare and Upload Your Notes for Printing

  1. Export Your Notes
    From your note-taking app, export your notes as a PDF. Compress your file to ensure it is no larger than 49.9MB.
     
  2. Transfer the PDF to a Library Computer
    Upload the exported PDF from your iPad or tablet to OneDrive (or use your preferred transfer method) so that you can open it on one of the library computers. Save the PDF to the Desktop.
     
  3. Open the PDF from the Desktop.
    Right click on the pdf, select “open with” and choose Google Chrome.
     
  4. Print to PDF
    Click the Print button.
    Under Destination, select Save as PDF.
    Click Save in the bottom-right corner.
     
  5. Rename the File
    Save the new PDF with a name that clearly differentiates it from the original file.
     
  6. Upload the new PDF to the Follow Me Printing Print Center Website
    Log into the Follow Me Printing website and upload the newly saved PDF to print your file.
